Not the most thrilling set of races but good enough just to see MM back to dominating when it suits him. So much for the Miller hard tyre threat.

Today we were lucky to have three top tracks. Anyway:
When the 3s were on track, it was thrilling. A shocker of an incident there.
The 2s. Poor.
Main event, it looked like is was going to stink, but I loved 'Banger's charge and Marquez bringing it in. The TV director was a bell end, so much last lap action not covered.

Some very lucky people up and walking around today. Two riders hitting steel armco barriers in one weekend is not acceptable. That track is clarly a liabilty on its own.
Not sure Oncu should take all the blame for that, it was his mistake sure, but there are riders out there who have done a lot lot worse, even intentionally, and are still racing.
Antonelli was interviewed live after his crash and he was slamming everyone and everything, basically saying that the situation is unsustainable, I really thought he was about to quit live on air.
Race-wise you've got to feel sorry for McPhee. He was in with a reasonable shout for the win there and in the end the win goes to someone who would have DNFed due to a mechanical failure... the rules are the rules, but sometimes the rules appear to suck.
Sadly, the most entertaining part of Moto2 was seeing the onboard camara of Bezzecchi with a big "TANAL" sticker on the tail unit... not sure if that's been there all season or does it mean that there really is some Saudi oil / slavery cash going into VR|46's bank?
In fairness Beaubier was quite entertaining, I was willing him to podium, but even with a rare mistake from Remy it wasn't to be. WTF has happened to Joe Roberts by the way?
I have to confess that I never thought I'd be happy to see Marc win by a 5 second margin, but there you go. I was hoping for him to get tired or have overworked the tyres and someone to take it to him in the last few laps but no, he managed himself and the bike in a way we haven't seen for a long time. It's got to be good for his confidence going forward. 2022 title contender for sure. Jorge Martin got stitched up by race direction too.

M3, good to see McPhee on for a charge. As for the crash, I thought Oncu was riding cleaner the past few races, but obviously not. Wasn't intentional, but pretty brain dead move.
Good he has gotten a 2 race ban, but RD should have started this last year if not early on in the season when Alcoba lost his mind and took out McPhee and nearly Binder. Then maybe riders like Onco might have cooled a tad? Ifs and buts.
Anyway, think Acosta flew 50-55 meters!

MGP, great to see MM win, think he needed that. Is Miller a bit of whiner?

Was it just me who saw FQ clutch in and rev the fuck out of his M1 just after he crossed the line? He might want to be careful doing that, Aprilia have only got so many bikes to go round....

Daft cunt Superglue think there's nothing wrong with what Oncu did and says Hamilton and Verstappen are aggressive.
He must have missed the part where the F1 guys have a safety cell that can be fired into a barrier at 120 and can turn into a fireball but yet they still survive.
