I think the MSM have to take a long hard look, they've peddled Russiagate for 4 years because they didn't get the result they wanted in 2016 without addressing the root cause of why Trump got elected in the first place...they wont do this because that would mean criticism of the Obama tenure...which is not allowed..you know, the President who deported more people than any before him, who took the country into more illegal wars, who dropped more bombs..so many that they ran out, who signed the bill into law that allowed Trump to "build a wall"...etc..etc..but now they (aka the media bubble, the Democratic elites) pretend that everything was smelling of roses during his time in power.
How he's managed to avoid any scrutiny while he amasses his millions l'll never understand.
This election result is really a rejection of Trump with help from Covid19...its not an endorsement of Biden and Democratic policies because they dont offer anything to the people (i.e Medicare for All, supported by 70% but Biden wont support it). Until they purge the old guard like Pelosi Schumer and other career politicians little will change.
P.S. The Democrats lost seats in the House and the Republicans still control the Senate.
P.P.S As alluded to by Noodle, Trump increased his vote in every demographic except white males...which is interesting 🤔

You're partially correct BeefMonsterMunch but I don't believe that's the main reason Trump has so much support. It's well documented that his core base are the uneducated. The thick-as-fuck if you will. Cunts who lack critical thinking and who therefore harbour prejudices against those who are different from them because they lack the intelligence to understand that it's wrong. He normalised those prejudices. Made it ok to hate. Developed a cult mentality. Demonised immigrants. Demonised the press and convinced his followers that only he was telling the truth. This is precisely how Hitler rose to power in the 20s and 30s. It's almost identical. The only difference being that Germany was economically fucked at the time. Every cunt was impoverished and looking for a saviour so Germans were more susceptible to being duped. Trump walked into a successful economy. He didn't build it, he inherited it. So why are so many Americans so ready to join his cult? Why do they think that this privileged arsehole who inherited a vast fortune and turned it into a vast debt is "one of them?" Because they're thick as fuck. Not all of them but the vast majority. Uneducated, stupid cult members.
Admittedly, this doesn't explain his increased vote among blacks, Latinos, etc but these still aren't his core base and they're as entitled as anyone to be taken in.
