In all seriousness, the hospitality of the Scottish is absolutely on point. Sure, they're probably calling us all cunts behind our backs, but to our faces they're a wonderful bunch. Still shite at football though. At least you survived the supercar twats who think they're there for a fucking race. Best road? Or were you just there for the Bucky?
The one going through Glencoe was pretty special...As were the roads from Ullapool to Tyndrum. We did want to do Applecross but it was cunting it down so we came home. Same time next year

Seem to be in a minority of one but I've always thought KTMs were ugly as fuck. They've always screamed "unfinished prototype" at me. Fell out the ugly tree and hit all the branches. Face like a well skelped erse. Fanny like a ripped oot fireplace. You get the idea. Not a fan of the looks.
I do love a big twin though. Power you can actually use. Tyre shredding torque from 3000rpm. Lovely.

I went to bike cafe the other night on my rc and my mate went on his. 5 mins later a lad on another rolls up and parks next to us and people start taking pics of these 3 rc390s side by side. Most people stopped and had a gander at them.

I like that KTM do things differently, design wise, but I get that they are a bit "marmite" to some...I'd still have the old washed up, over the hill RC8 1190 in my garage if I could afford it!!

Most people stopped and had a gander at them. Yeah my bike gets a bit of attention because of the Repsol finish and I fucking hate it. I turn into a RUDE CUNT if anyone wants to talk to me about it, particularly (but not exclusively) if it's some cunt that clearly knows fuck all about bikes. It's usually the "how fast does it go mate" brigade that triggers me into a raging twat, particularly because of the excess of assumption and implied consent that gets poured into the use of "mate". |

Well, after my North Devon, North Cornwall and Dartmoor min-tour the other weekend, I can safely say that none of these should be attempted on a sports bike during the summer school holidays! The roads were rammed, the towns were rammed and Dartmoor seems to have t a blanket 40mph limit imposed on it. The run to Lynmouth on the A39 was a highlight though, even with the traffic... without that, it would have been stunning.
