Can’t see Fury v Joshua anytime this year...if/when it happens it’ll be the biggest fight in UK boxing history. But I’m sure boxing’s politics will give us many twists and turns before any unification fight.

I honestly think he would stop Joshua inside five rounds easy. Joshua has no chin, basic boxing ability and has shown a questionable heart. But I honestly thought Fury could have beaten Joshua with ease at any time in their careers long before he was shown to be a hype job.
Anyway it won't happen any time soon. Joshua has two mandatories to take care of. Pulev is up first for the IBF. Then it is Usyk for the WBO. Joshua will fight Pulev as it is a winnable fight but he will drop the WBO title to avoid facing Usyk.
Fury will likely face Wilder or another USA based fighter if Wilder decides not to trigger the rematch clause. Possible that Whyte will finally get his chance but it depends on a few factors and I could see Whyte fighting Usyk if he does become WBO champ.
Basically a shit ton of money will have to be spread around several fighters and their management teams to make Fury vs Joshua happen this year for all of the belts.

I watched a rerun of the fight and Wilder was puffing after two rounds...maybe the extra 40Ibs was too much. Fury, on the other hand, looked light on his feet even with the extra weight.

That's one reason I can see a Saudi bout not happening. That won't go down well post fight.
