I spent most of yesterday afternoon trying to get grime and shite off my front wheel. After 2 knuckle skinning, knee shafting, back destroying hours it was only 90% as filthy as when I started. Has any cunt found a wheel cleaning product that actually fucking works? Spray on, rinse off, gleaming wheels with the paint still on them is kind of what I'm after.

I always used Mr Sheen. Spray on thick (avoiding discs, calipers and pads) and leave for 30 minutes. Then work in with a dish washing sponge. Wipe clean with a dry rag. Used to shift even the most stubborn grime and lube.

A had a Yam FZR600R, in a purple/white/greenish colour scheme, the wheels were purple. Never again. After that all my bikes had black wheels.

Aye. The Repsol paintwork definitely attracts more shite. I've given up. I don't want to leave them in that state over the winter but I was losing the will to live.

Been using Demon Wheels. It's barely touching the sides.
I have some of that FS something spray. Coated the rest of the bike in it.

I use S100....does the job....but I don’t ride daily so the bike doesn’t really get too dirty...good stuff though, along with a coating of ACF50 on the ally bits.

Depends what the grime is really, for grease, cheap shitty aerosol 3 in 1 should shift it, if brake dust, anything with ammonia in it. But once clean, wax them to stop more crap sticking!

Nah. Just get the wheel off the ground so yo can spin it and get in there with a wax soaked rag. A few wax smears behind the disc's won't matter.
I only do mine a couple of times a year but never take the wheels out for it.
