The need for Bimota disappeared around 1987 when the Japanese started building their superbikes with aluminium chassis. In fact the last model needed was the FZ750 engined YB4. After that they were just quirky designs.

Cos I’m ignorant i googled euro 4 and it is emissions based. How does it affect a number plate? Might be Euro 3 or even 2 then...The # plate needs to protrude from the rear wheel by X amount. hence, stupid fucking number plate hanger

Tail tidy sales will increase. Is it actually illegal to attach the tail light and number plate to the seat unit or is it just for manufacturing?

Just for manufacturing, although VOSA are clamping down on integrated indicators etc...They want us to all ride around with 1980's Honda indicators that would take out a queue at a bus stop if you're not careful

Depends where you live as to whether the applicable "MOT" will permit changes to the number plate mounts also. In Thailand bikes get through the test (just) with the plate mounted directly on the tail unit: But in Spain, I have to take of my "tail tidy" and put the original mudguard back on to get it through, even though the location, illumination and angle of the plate is the same as the original...
