AB's sponsors might have a word. Naffing off means no coverage. Initially I thought that too but most of the close ups of the bike and rider is in parc ferme and during grid walks so sponsors will be getting plenty coverage there. Fair enough, but I never watch that stuff personally.

Was the wing falling off the result of a collision? He said his rear brake wasn't working after a race today as well. He said Rea whacked him in his desperation to make up from his shite grid position. Well he said he collided but the rest is my interpretation. JR did a bit of bumping and grinding in all three races and seem to get away with it. I was impressed with Lowes, and pleased Chaz is starting to get to grips with the bike.

Lowes was impressive this round. VDM is certainly not looking like GP prospect these days.

The Spanish commentators pointed out that Alvaro's 1.52 laptime from a standing start off the grid was what some riders were doing as flying lap times later on in the same race.

Just checked some stats: In the Superpole race AB did his first lap off the grid with a time of 1,51,76. Fastest rider in last year's MGP race on the first lap off the grid was Dovi with 1,51,95... EDIT, ,OK scrap that I just realised that the track layout is different...

Barbara in trouble again I see.
This time his bike mysteriously vanished from the pits before the race... his team blame him for organising the "theft" to avoid racing....

So from a standing start, Bautista is quicker round Motorland than MM and AD... fark.

Laverty can't be cursed. He has had his share of bad luck now. Trust me, it is all on the up for him. Was the wing falling off the result of a collision? He said his rear brake wasn't working after a race today as well. Wing damage was a result of the collision with Rea, he had a rear-brake failure in the Superpole race and the exhaust broke in Race2!...not much bad luck then!!...

MGP race lap record - 1.48.120 (Lorenzo). WSB race lap for WSB last weekend was 1.49.755 (Bautista).
Still bloody impressive!.
