I remember reading an article a few years back essentially saying the owner was a clueless fuckwit who had already conned several people out of money. Can't remember who but there was a few well known motorcycle people with nothing good to say about this venture.

Tactic to lower or negotiate tax bill. A certain boxing promoter has been doing this for a couple of years now his old trick of going bankrupt and starting again came under intense scrutiny. Obviously just guessing though.

Didn't even realise Norton actually existed. Used to be some standing joke that MCN would bring talk of them coming back to life around TT time and then some piece of shit claiming to be Norton's answer to Japan would appear and do 1 lap.
