TBH, I don't think we need Dorna to change anything for Dixon to be ruled out of a MGP ride...
(and by the way, does anyone else understand the F1 analogies? I don't, you might as well compare with ping-pong players)

Dunno, all I've read is that he has told Aprilia that he won't continue...
Are KTM going to end up with too many riders for bikes again? That would be funny.

Sorry I meant MV as in the bike company. I read something that they were going to run in MotoGP using KTM engines

Ah, no. I heard MV as a stand alone manufacturer (some time ago), then MV as a rebranded KTM, and now no MV at all.

Could be a nice way to get your name in the history books. He could also be looking for more cash!

Maverick. He's cooked his goose if leaves Aprilia.
The KTM should be winning. A Rookie is getting close to winning on it but it's regular riders are blowing hot and cold or just cold. I bet Marc would win on it.

I bet Marc would win on it. Marc probably could. If the bike was more consistent, Marc might have joined KTM instead of Ducati: I always thought that they would have been a good fit. Maverick is getting to that age where he can't jump from one brand to another. If he had won the championship on the Suzuki or Yamaha, then his stock might be worth more and allow him to do this!

Talking of HRC it looks as if Marini might actually stay for year 2... he's enthusing about having Aleix as a test rider.

As much as I enjoy MotoGP, we need Honda and Yamaha fighting for titles....not as also-rans. Maybe AEsp can help get HRC back up the ladder.

With HRC, they need a complete shift in their culture and the way in which they design motorcycles! They have been lucky to have riders who can adapt on the fly and ride around problems i.e. Doohan, Rossi, Stoner, Marquez etc. Pedrosa was a brilliant rider, but he proved to be extremely fragile, but the other team mates to the previously mentioned were "weak" riders IMO. Hayden and Criville were consistent and, IMO, were champions due to the circumstances surrounding their particular winning year.
