Apparently ticket sales are greatly reduced this year. Rossi effect or cost of living?

The Jerez crowd size was down 10,000 according to motomatters. It could still be travel restrictions like proof of vaccine etc for covid still in place which is putting international travellers off. Italy is dropping it's restrictions at the end of May, too late for Mugello.
Weather forecasts are a mixed bunch for Sunday. Thunderstorms Saturday evening and possible rain Sunday morning.

Ginters saying get rid of aero stuff as it affects the racing, unstable air following a bike etc. He should know. So will Oliveria who got buffeted onto the grass heading into T1. Fuckin scary.

Pasini is racing with his own bike bought privately. Last year's model which he bought at the end of last season.

Wouldn't surprise me if Marc packs his bags. He's previously said he's not there to make up the numbers.

FQ gonna get Ducati rustled at this track. Even he qualifies on pole he'll have to do some serious work.
Be funny if AEspargaro wins.

Was in Spain for 5 days this week, no restrictions unless you aren’t boosted in which case you need a negative test 24hrs before travelling and the locator form with proof of test. Interestingly though, they were only doing random checks at arrivals. Masks dropped too.

Its not just the restrictions, I dont fancy the idea of forking out dosh for travel then coming down with covid beforehand. Then there are the disruptions in the UK at airports due to staffing issues. I even delayed buying a ticket for T20 cricket at Southampton due to the threats of rail strikes. The world seems fucked at the moment, I'll wait until next year for international travel. Or should I get a trip in now before Monkeypox takes off? On BTSport they reckoned the weather forecast was putting people off at Mugello. Probably the combination of a few things. Some stands at Barcelona are sold out though, even the most expensive ones.
